  • The Aquarian Medicine Reset is a guided online immersion. Each week includes a brief orientation, a sequence of recorded lessons you move through at your own pace, and one live Integration & Reflection Circle. There are no daily live calls and no expectation to be constantly engaged.

  • Most participants spend approximately 2–3 hours per week, including recorded content, personal integration, and the weekly live session. The Reset is intentionally paced so it can be integrated alongside work, family, and existing responsibilities.

  • No. The Aquarian Medicine Reset is not a diet, detox, cleanse, or extreme fasting protocol. It is a guided nutritional and regulatory immersion based on Intuitive Aquarian Medicine (IAM) Nutrition. When fasting is included, it is introduced gradually and used as a biological signal—not as a stressor.

  • Personalization within the Reset is based on physiology, not preference. Participants are guided to observe how their own body responds to food timing, fasting, stress, and rhythm, and to adapt within the provided structure over time. In addition, throughout the six weeks, participants have direct access for questions that arise as the work unfolds — ensuring clarity and steady application of the work.

  • Yes. This experience was designed specifically with high-responsibility, high-stress lives in mind. That said, this is not a therapeutic or trauma-processing container. If you are currently in acute medical or psychological crisis, this program may not be appropriate.

  • No prior experience is required. The Reset is designed to meet people where they are, while still honoring biological complexity. All guidance is provided step by step, with pacing and nervous system regulation as priorities.

  • Guidance is provided through the weekly Integration & Reflection Circles, as well as through the structure and pacing of the program itself. This is not a high-touch, daily-access model. It is designed to offer leadership without creating dependency.
