This Energetic Release Practice is a guided practice designed to help you let go of stories, emotions, identities, or burdens that are no longer aligned with who you are becoming.

Step 1

Ground & Become Present

Sit quietly. Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly.

  • Inhale for a count of 4 and think “I am safe to let go.”

  • Exhale for a count of 6 and think “My body knows how to release.

  • Repeat 7 times.

Step 2

Identify What You’re Holding

Ask yourself:

  • What thoughts or emotions no longer reflect who I’m becoming?

  • Where in my body do I feel heaviness or tension?

  • What role or belief am I ready to release?

Write it down or speak it aloud.

Step 3

Sound + Somatic Release

Shake out your hands, arms, and shoulders.

  1. Sigh with sound (3x).

  2. Play this optional 432hz track: “Letting Go” from Buddha Code on Spotify or any 432hz track you feel called to play.

  3. Visualize golden light filling the space where heaviness lived.

Step 4

Integrate & Realign

Affirm out loud:

“I release what no longer serves.
I honor what it taught me.
I am ready for what’s next.”

Then journal:

  • What am I making space for now?

  • What feels lighter?
