  1. Sit in a comfortable position with a straight spine.

  2. Close your eyes and bring your focus to the third eye point.

  3. Inhale through the nose to a count of 5. Hold for 5. Exhale for 5.

  4. As you breathe, silently repeat the mantra: “I return to myself. I remember who I am.”

  5. Place one hand on the heart, one on the navel. Feel your own life force.

  6. Optional: Play a healing gong or gentle sound frequency in the background.

  7. Continue for 9 minutes. End by bringing palms together, bowing to yourself.
